woo update!
so yeah hey! lol... where do i start?
Iowa-... WAS A BlAST.. we had sooooooo much fun.. me and caryn and andy and mom and the baby.. it was soooooo soooo sooo fun! i am really glad i had that opportunity! :)
While i was in iowa, our hotel had internet and computers.. so being the big nerd i am.. i checked my myspace.. and found i had a message.. but not just any message.. a message from this kid i work with.. i've only talked to him like 3 times beforehand.. and i dk.. it was nice.. we talk like everyday now.. and he's cool.. so i'm glad i'm getting to know him.
on other news.. band started up.. as did flags... flags is going okay.. despite the minor fact that korrie quit. sucky. thats all about that... but band so far is great. Brielle and Tarryn are playing... and yeah.. i guess brielle isn't so good.. but neither was i... and tarryn.. well i dk... anna was there.. made me happy... it was good to start off band with a little of the "good ol' times" and not just jump right into me being section leader and telling everyone how it is. it was nice having anna there. THANK YOU!. Mr. Benson again told me i did a nice job on a song. YAY! lol :)
what else.. hmm.. i have completely decided what i want to do for the rest of my life.. lol... i'm either going to major in English ed and minor in journalism and mass communications.. or major in journalism and mass communications and minor in Eng. Ed. It'll be hard work. but i think that's what i really want to do.
went shopping with the madre. bought some cute clothes! yay!
Tay's wedding was adorable. I didn't realize how nice NIU campus really is. I liked it a lot. Wedding was great.
Life thus far has been rather uneventful. Working and working and that's pretty much all. I haven't even gone swimming in the pool yet! how scary! The day that i actually planned on doing it, **today** it's friggen COLD outside.. barely 73 degrees!!! Middle of june and 73 degrees. That's okay, i don't mind the break in 90 degree weather. :)
I feel as though i have soo much to say. But i have yet to say it.
I CLEANED MY ROOM!.. i friggen cleaned my room. I hung some pictures frames up with pictures of my family, and it looks nice. lol. i enjoy it. a little something to make my room more.... me. As for my car.. lol.. well you see... my brakes are starting to grind and squeal. not good. adding to that, my tires are rotting... YAY... good friggen times. I was told that i know have to pay for new brakes... AND the tires. that could be a total of like 600 dollars..... 600 dollars that i DONT have. it will take me all summer to pay for it. this sucks.
I want to go on a date. Like a fun one... movie... bowling.. i dk.. something fun. you know. but i guess you need a guy first.. lmao.. meh! i'm doing actually pretty dang well without one. altho, i wouldn't mind one! tee hee!
O O O!! saw Ryan from Grease... today! i haven't talked to him in forever. it was cool to see him. he's nice. lol.
i'm in an unusual calm lately. maybe it's the calm before the storm hits. like i was upset about seniors, but most of them are here ALL summer.. so to me it's not a big deal. Come august.. i'm screwed. lol. i will be a ball of mess. that is all.
so since ive made this update hugely long. i'm going to leave! lol. Maybe i'll get some food. i'm hungry.
