post from my room
alright, its been more than 2 weeks, just havent felt much like updating. this will be the first post from my own room for a long long time, like more than a year. my dad got a new comp a few days ago, so we moved his old one here, which is alot alot better than the one that was in here before, another one of my dad's old comps. he still has alot of his files on here, but soon i'll prolly be using this comp all the time. i have a new moniter too! its this gigantic screen dell moniter that i think is the same one john has. well im not sure if i can keep it tho, my dad said "you can use this temporarily, but if i have use for it, i may take it back". but oh well.
oh, today also was the last day our pool (edgemoor pool) is open for the summer. yesterday was crazy tho. first, at 3, we got to close early cuz there was less than 15 people when we went on break, so we kinda used that as an excuse to kick everyone out and close early. cept this one lady, who brought 4 kids to the pool, got really pissed and chewed out our manager david which was pretty funny/scary. we had to come back at 6 tho for a rental (pool party). it was great tho, cuz it was someone from east's birthday party (dont really know her) but when i got there, i saw satya and ben falk, and was kinda surprised. omar s was there too, and some other older people from east. it kinda turned into our pool party tho, after we finished cleaning up the guard room and stuff we started going off the boards (even tho thats against regulations), but it was fun.
nothing much has been happening, cept the usual. work all day pretty much. ive gotten alot darker lately (plus no more dumb farmer's tan!) mostly cuz i dont really have a hat to wear like the other guards do. this will probably fade eventually tho, probably when school starts and im indoors all the time. also, i got to help teach some swimming lessons last week, which was interesting.
