its been awhile..
finished the expensive training course several days ago, the test was crazy easy. right now im working at the pool at Edgemoor park, which is cool cuz it has 2 slides. tho it gets boring sometimes, at least theres not much manual labor involved (unless you're saving someone), and you get a free tan.
but craig nelson (who is the super boss guy of all the wichita pools) came by the pool on my first day and gave me 2 wichita lifeguard t-shirts, and 2 red lifeguard trunks (which are really high quality trunks) for free!
so anyway, for awhile at least, im gonna be working for the city! my dad is a state employee cuz he is a professor at wsu, and my mom is gonna start working at wsu too, as the undergrad lab coordinator (she used to work in the bio dept (i think) as a researcher when we first came to wichita).
thats it for the update, maybe there will be another one someday. and if you have nothing else to do between 1:30 and 6, thats when we're open. its right by the rockwell library.
im listening to the troy soundrack now, min showed me this korean site that has the whole soundtrack, but you have to listen to it with this special player. wah, i dont know korean.. oh well.
