My day started at half hast three in the morning and I was really tired then… even if this was my own fault *lol* I shouldn’t have stayed up THIS long the evening before, to watch BONES. But I just couldn’t resist. But the good thing is: I was really tired and fell asleep within minutes, afterwards. But because BONES is really late here in german tv, I got around 4 hours sleep… *lol* Wow :P But like I said… my own fault…
When I got myself ready in the morning… for which I needed about an hour *one more lol* …I drove to train station and met up with Bettina (SonneBlume) and Maria (maryloo73) from Forum. We went to Vienna, then we had to get to another train station by underground to catch our train to Frankfurt… we were pretty early, so it was no problem to get it…
The problem came a few hours later… there was this announcement all of sudden, that there are engineering problems and that our train will stop in Passau. Yeah, great… -___- So we had to get another train to Frankfurt… Luckily, that wasn’t the biggest problem… and hey, it was for Fady!!!! If he’s not worth it, who is? :-)
And luckily we didn’t have to change the train again and drove directly to Frankfurt with it. At the train station there we met up with Sannie (violetmoon), who Bettina and I already knew from Landeck. The first thing we did was to get to McDonalds to eat and drink… Some of us haven’t eaten till then *lol* Me included :P But so what? I wasn’t hungry, and I didn’t eat much at McDonalds either… Even if I wasn’t really nervous… I can’t really say I was… :-) We also talked a lot… I think about at least an hour, before we made our way to the shopping center by underground…
We arrived there around 4 p.m. and noticed that there already played some “brass music” (trumpets and so on), including drums… REALLY LOUD DRUMS! We went to the stage and listened for a while, till we noticed, that this “wonderful” music will play for the next 8 hours… till Midnight… oh WOW! I swear, if we would have just stayed there, we would have gotten barren till Fady’s performance, because it was REALLY loud and hurt in our ears… And in this case I can really speak for the others too!
Around 5 p.m. we decided to take a break from the stage and get something to drink, which we did… we sat in a café for a while and talked, then got to the toilet (*lol* for the last time this “day” :P) and then we walked in the ground floor again… the shopping center had 2 floors I think…
We ran into 2 girls from BLESSED E.V. (for the ones who don’t know: It’s Fady’s Charity Organisation… a REALLY good thing!!!) and had a little chat… Plus: They gave us some BLESSED E.V. Flyers to distribute to the people there… the picture on it is SO beautiful… and it’s exclusive for the BLESSED Flyers… Fady with a Flower in his hands… *Dreamy sigh*
I still have a few of those Flyers, so if someone from my wonderful Friends-List wants one of them, just tell me… there are about 10 to “give away”… and really, they ARE wonderful… :-)
(Just in small, but like I said, I still have about 10 Flyers, so if someone wants, I will send it of course ;-))
We also made a picture of the “Austria Picture” for Fady… just for the record and that we have something to remember :-) And I hope, this time it will get to Fadys home safe ;-)
It was around 8 p.m. when we decided to get back to the stage to get good places, which really happened and we stood in the first row then… but the look on our watches let us “know” that we had to hold on for 4 more hours with the “brass music orchestras” and about 7 hours till Fadys Apperance… OMG!!! We really counted the hours, then the minutes… and I can tell you, that was more than exhausting… after about 3 hours, I started having problems with my legs, which hurt like hell… I’m just not used to such things, because Fady is the first person I ever went to a concert for… but I think, the more I do this, the more I will get used to it *lol* And well… I really managed to survive all this *lol*
And with the thought of Fady, everything is better and we went through all this just for him ;-) and that held us upright ;-) And it was REALLY REALLY worth it… but more about Fady later :-)
Around midnight there was this indoor fireworks and it was just great… even if it doesn’t “smell good” +lol+ but I liked it… I really DO like fireworks… on Sylvester I go outside everytime just to watch those beautiful fireworks… :-) And the fireworks were A LOT better than this “Guggenmusic” before (Yes, they called themselves “Guggen Music” and there were about 20 Guggen Music Bands *lol*)
Than the “actual show” began… the beginning was made by three “latinos” *lol* They were totally funny and amazing and everyone seemed to have fun… they had guitars and made comedy… they even took a girl and a boy from the audience (*lol* The girl who stood right in front of me by the way), and then they “married” them *rofl* It was SO funny, and they also sang pretty good, but it was more for the fun factor than anything else ;-)
Afterwards came the “Blues Brothers” and similar to the “Lations” they made a comedy show too… at first the sang a few songs, then they took about 6 or 7 people onto the stage (I looked that I got away as far as possible :P) and at first danced with them, and then one girl had to play the horse and sit on the floor *lol* And one of the “Blues Brothers” rode her… more or less… that was really a nice start for everything ;-)
And then everything “interesting” began… or better, the people who we came for entered the page… okay, the first ;-) Linda Teodosiu… and god… this woman looks even prettier than I remembered ;-) And I think, she lost a lot of weight… she looked nearly thin in this black dress… and this shoes… I can tell you, I wouldn’t been able to walk 2 meters with them, and Linda jumped and danced in them like WOAH! And she TOTALLY has stage presence to no end… and such a wonderful charisma, when she’s on stage… she totally “glew” and “shined”… it was SO wonderful to just watch her… I really loved every minute… I can’t remember what exactly she sang, but she started with “Mercy”, and then there was “I’m outta Love”, “Because of you” and “One day in your life”… I think there was at least ONE other song I forgot… and then she went from the stage, but the host brought her back to give an encore, which was “Mercy” again… Linda totally was great… and she played with the audience… let them/us sing when she held the microphone to us and brought us to clap and jump! It was REALLY great ;-) So yes, I totally enjoyed it… afterwards the host told “us” that there will be an autograph signing hour with Linda now… I’m pretty afraid there weren’t many people there, because most of us waited just for Fady… the people didn’t get less, when Linda left the stage… I don’t really know how many people where there to let her sign anything, but I don’t think there were many…
By the way: Just a little addition: Linda had 2 female background dancers and they looked really pretty good together ;-)
Well… after Linda it got REALLY uncomfortable… they told us, there will be a break for about 20 minutes and then all the people started “squeezing”, because they wanted to get as close to the stage as possible… they pushed and hustled and soon I was pinched between two girls and had even problems to just breath… it was really everything else than comfortable… and all the others said afterwards, that it NEVER BEFORE was this bad and fatal… And the Security wanted us to go back again the whole time, and pushed from the other side… REALLY great… We weren’t able to move just one little step, so it was awful…
And it got even worse when Fady entered the stage… but a few minutes before DENIS came on stage and all the people started screaming “Denis! Denis!” *lol* it was really funny… they wanted him to come in the middle of the stage and for about 10 seconds he did, and waved to the people, then he got back to his “dark corner” *lol* He’s really a great guy and I totally like him and I’m glad that he’s always there and takes care of everything ;-)
Well… after a few minutes “with Denis” Fady finally entered the stage… and he was in such a good mood… it was really wonderful to watch him… he greeted us and said something like “Good Morning! We all go shopping now! After I have sung!” *lol* really funny! And he said something because it was “Day of German Entity”, like “We all are an entity too”… that was SO sweet ;-) I totally loved it…
For your info: The stage was like a “T”, so he went to the front afterwards and shook some hands… which I think, was “not so good”, because when the people behind us noticed, they started to push again and it got uncomfortable again… I didn’t even reach out for his hand… not because I didn’t want to, but because it wasn’t “necessary” and I could barely move… *sighs* But it was somehow okay… I think! ;-)
Then Fady started singing… he started with “Papillon D’Amour”… and I really can’t remember in which row he sang the songs, but he also sang “Blessed”, “Show me your Love”, “Perfect”, “This Anchor Holds”, “Will you still love me tomorrow”, “Heavenly”, “Sway”, “Feeling Good” and “Simply the Best”… I know “Simply the best” was the last, because right after he said “That was the last song!”, just like this *lol* The people started screaming and wanted and encore of course… he vanished behind the stage, then came back and said, he will sing “Show me your love”… he knelt down and started singing “Show me your Love” again… *sighs* Really, it was TOTALLY beautiful and over much too soon!
Even if I could barely move or breath, it was SO worth it and I think, I would do it every time again… Fady is SO worth it… Call me crazy, but he is… and he makes me happy, when I hear him sing… and when I can just watch him singing… I can’t tell you how much this all means to me… I don’t think I will ever get “over him” just like that… I would need a therapy to do so :P But at the moment I don’t think he’s unhealthy for me… the opposite… he “puts away” all my sorrows, even for a moment, when I’m just able to look at him… *sighs* Maybe I AM crazy… but I can live with that!
Okay… after Fady’s encore they said he will write autographs then in the first floor… but at first we didn’t find the exact “shop” where he was, and when we finally did, the row was so long, that we didn’t have the slightest chance to get “to him”. After about 20 or 30 minutes, they closed the door of the room where Fady was in and everything was “over”… we didn’t even got the chance to give him our Austria-Picture and Denis his present… but well… I don’t think it was Fadys fault, because everyone from in front of the stage just ran to this “room” where he gave autographs and if he REALLY would have wanted to fulfil every autograph wish, I think he would still be there writhing autographs *lol* because it was SO full… and I don’t think LOU BEGA, who had his performance right after Fady, did really have much audience anymore… when we looked down from above, it at least didn’t look like there were many people still there *lol* Fady was the BURNER and I think, a lot of people just came for him! Like us :-)
(Lou Bega's performance from "above", just by the way ;-) :P)
Well… for your info: I wrote SMS with Maike from Fady’s Fanclub nearly the whole time, and she told me, when we don’t get “close to Fady” to give him the things, we can meet up (she and we) and she will give it to them, because she will see them later on… so after the doors closed we sat into a café again to drink (the last time we drank was around 6 p.m. the day before, you remember? :P) and during this, I tried to get Maike, which wasn’t THIS easy, because she was out of reach with her mobile phone… but then we finally reached her and we met up outside the shopping center and gave her the presents for Fady and Denis, and also our registrations for the Fanclub… she was SO nice and also told us, that it’s a pitty that we didn’t get the chance to talk to Denis and Fady, especially because we’ve come from such a distance… and that they feel sorry too, but that they know that we are there and so on!
No problem for me/us… at least Maike would give the presents to them later… The only “bad” thing about it is, that we now don’t know if they liked what we bought them…
But I will definitely write to Maike later and ask her, how it went ;-)
After all this we took a cab back to train station, bought a little something to eat and to drink and said good-bye to Sannie… *sighs* I really, really like the people I was hanging out with… Most of the time recently I met up “just” with Bettina, who got a real friend for me and I totally like her… but I hope, I will get the chance and meet Sannie (which is a problem, since she’s from Switzerland *lol*) and Maria more often too (Maria lives close to me too)… so we’ll see :-)
All in all I can just say… it was an exhausting trip, but SO WORTH IT! And I would do it again every time I would get the chance too… not everything went as I “imagined” it… it was a bit chaotic too, but it was totally okay… and like I said… Just seeing and hearing Fady was worth all the “pain” I’m feeling now (my legs and so on), all the tiredness and everything else :-) I’m just happy now… and I don’t know… I thought I would be disappointed to NOT get pictures and so on with Fady (and autographs), but I really wasn’t… I don’t know why… I was so happy to just have him “close to me”… I don’t think he saw me… or remembered… don’t know… but I was there and I have the memory no one can take away from me! Not ever!
I also made this big red heart “for” Fady… (more or less), but because of all the squeezing and pushing I wasn’t able to hold it high for him to see it… but I made a picture of it although and maybe next time I see him I can manage it, that he sees it :-)
I made this entry public on purpose, because I don’t know when I will have the time and the energy to write the whole entry again in German (but I think I will do although), so that people who want to read it and are not on my f-list (for example Sannie, Bettina & Maria *waves*) want to read it and see my pictures can do! And I also will send Fady maybe the link to this here… I’m not sure… maybe I will wait with this till I wrote the german entry and THEN let him read it… :P
That was it, I hope, I haven’t forgotten anything *lol*
Ah… just one little thing that popped in my head just now and which nearly made me “squeee” of joy! When Fady sang “Anchor Holds” there is this one line “The only place for me is where you are” and EXACTLY IN THIS MOMENT he walked in Denis direction and looked at him! OH MY GOD! I don’t think many people noticed, but I did… I even have it on video! Awwwwwww… sooooooo so so so so so so sweet… ;-) And by the way… if I write about “This Anchor holds”: After the song he said, we all are his anchors ;-) *sighs* He’s such a wonderful person!
So… and to “close” this long report (are you still with me or are you already asleep? :P) I made two videos… like I said, with my digicam, so they are not best, But I don’t think they are bad either… I’m sorry that I did film the “wrong side”, I tried to turn it, but when I saved it then, one of the vids suddenly was 1.45 GB big… so if someone knows how to turn the video without getting it all too big, it would be a good help for me :-)
