It's a new year. yay.

I'm really glad that Xmas is over.

Every year I look forward to it like a child and then have every nice seasonal feeling bludgeoned out of me by working retail during the holidays. People are truly awful, and most are undeserving of nice things - Xmas just highlights it.

So now it's Jan. and we have yet to see snow, or ice, or, hell, even a night that dips below 0C!!! Blue Mountain laid off 1000 workers this week after failing to make ANY money over the Xmas holidays which is traditionally their boom time. But global warming isn't real - it's just fear mongering by hippie, anti-capitalist scientists and eco-lobbists. sure.

Also, the post Xmas hangover has settled in and no one's buying anything - which makes my day job a bit problematic, and more than a tad aggravating with all of the turkish bazaar-esque haggling going on over the price of sale items.

Clearly, I'm not gonna be able to finish this post/rant 'cause customers keep coming in and asking stupid, self-evident questions. I gotta go.

stupidity, fluevog, xmas
