Happy Holidays!
I'm back in good 'ol Oly and have had a very pleasant Christmas Eve and Christmas with my various family units. The flight over went really quite well and I even met a nice girl who is in Drama and volunteered in Rwanda. Also watched Rataouille and read Ali Smith's Girl Meets Boy: The Myth of Iphis.
Today I've been doing my usual Christmas thing and just relaxing. I had a weird encounter with my younger self (will explain later) and played Rummikub and Bananagrams with Mom. Kate called and I had a lovely chat with her. I'll try not to moan too much about missing her while I'm here. Everyone seems to have enjoyed their gifts (Ashleigh even really liked the shoe magnets I got her on a whim! Yay!).
If anyone is interested in getting together, this is my schedule as I currently know it:
26th - Movie in afternoon with Mom and Ash
27th- Spa with Mom
28th- Party at Rob's in evening
29th- Anita's party in evening
Possibly going up to visit Joy's family either the 31st or 1st
I'd really love to see as many of you as possible while I'm here, so let me know when and where you're available. ( :
