I seem to have more or less lost my voice. Stupid whatever it is I have. Though I suppose I have to partly blame a day of wrangling kids before I was completely well. The rest of me doesn't really feel awful, just off... or awf... ahem, yes.
ANYway... at Kate's and my immediate boss's collective insistence, I'm going to take tomorrow off to recoup. Kate thinks I should take Friday off as well. We'll see. I'm already feeling mighty guilty.
Strange to think that in less than two weeks I fly back to the states. It's wonderful and stressful all at once. I have a bunch to get done before then, but I'm soooo looking forward to seeing everybody. Of course, I'll miss Kate like mad, but it can't be helped as she has to work over the time I'm home.
Not much else to say really... it's f**king freezing here. No snow though. Hope all is well in the land of floods, snow, and northwestedness. ( :
