I feel remarkably drained.
I'm not sure why. We went and trimmed wisteria, jasmine, and roses for Kate's mum yesterday, but that wasn't that hard. I got to go up a *big* ladder. Yay for that. I miss having a house where I can climb on the roof.
We also went to Kate's mum's allotment and picked apples and marrow (big green squash). I got to pet and talk to beautiful horses that live in the field next to the allotment. They liked me giving them head-rubs. I haven't been up on a horse in years and it made me want to find somewhere to ride. Although... I learned to ride Western style and English style gives you a must smaller saddle. Still, I miss riding.
Lauril's coming to visit this weekend, so I need to pack a lot of stuff in the office into plastic boxes to put up in the attic. The room will still be a mess, but at least it won't be a cramped mess.
