Whew. Okay, I'm feeling a little less stressed. My paper is at 1,234 words and has citations and a bibliography, so we're almost there. I feel like I'm making this tiny paper into a much bigger deal than it is, but submitting work to a new grading system is nerve-wracking ( Read more... )

Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me is one of my parents' favourite shows on NPR. However, I haven't listened to NPR in a long while. I prefer to have music, rather than listen to people talk at me. *g*

You should really try it. They have podcasts that you can download (I know you don't have an ipod or MP3 player, but you can listen to them on your computer I think). I certainly don't find the time to listen to them every week, but I find myself giggling, chuckling, and generally coming off as nuts (I listen to them on my ipod with earbuds; sometimes in public) when I get around to a broadcast.
