Surprise, I got the job!

Why'd I say surprise?  Because it's a joke - I pretty much knew I'd get the job, but I didn't want to sound haughty, and it'd be esp. bad if I ended up not getting the job.

I only have 8 days of work, and the first 3 are only minimum wage ($7.25, I think) since it's training.  The other 5 are $9.50, though.  Even better, one ( Read more... )

Finally, I got through to Krist about an interview for the job.  My sister texted me and told me to call him "now," because he was just doing paperwork and sitting next to the phones (she gave me the office number, and his cell).  By the time I called though (I had to use the toilet, excuse me!), he was on the phone, which I of course found out ( Read more... )
