Today is the start of my 'summer of lots of visitors'. I suppose it's possible to say that it began with Rebekka visiting Scotland but that didn't really have me as host, so as far as I'm concerned it starts here.

It's hard to believe that a week has gone by since the second night of the Glastonbury Extravaganza. The second night was very different to the first. This was a much more sober affair with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra doing Tchaikovsky's greatest hits. As I have a lot of great Russian friends this seemed an appropriate thing for me to go to.
