... I guess if you haven't gotten tired of my emo fish posts, I've gotten tired of writing them, so this one is the last. Because I didn't dream last night, and I woke up to find Boss dead.
This is probably the only in-focus photo I ever took of him that really shows off his fins properly even if it's all dark and there is a ridiculous amount of algae in the background which I was about to clean out at the time. I kinda wish I had taken more, but well, at least I have the one photo I can remember his former fishy pimpin' BAMF glory by.
I want to get another Comet to replace him although they'd never be as badass as Boss was. But that's a while coming, seeing as I don't see people selling Comets very much.
*sigh* It was a long struggle and I'm still vaguely angry about a bunch of things (such as the prick not living another year or two so we could have our 10th anniversary together), but it's all over and there's nothing to be done about things now.
... although there's a lot of schoolwork that does need to be done now. D8 And I also need to clean out and disinfect the hospital tank now that it's been vacated and a water change is in order for the aquarium. Oi vey.
