Like it's not enough that my favourite sandals fell apart, and I couldn't find my blue flip flops anywhere in my flat: when I finally find my red ones instead, it turns out that the rat that's taken up residence in my walls has been chewing on them

Not a great way to start the week. I have no rat advice, I'm afraid. I have a cat who occasionally brings in a mouse, but that's not the same thing, really.

I didn't mind the mouse when it was living here. At least it left me alone. The rat, not so much :)

I really do not need any more things with deadlines... but Cam with wings?! *melts* I even took a look at the prompt list and the wings one would be the one I'd do, if I signed up. Although it wouldn't have much of a plot. I'm not sure I could manage 1000 words of wing!plot. More like 1000 words of characterization, possible angsty and guilt related wing flapping, and maybe some wing!porn thrown in for good measure.

But tell me you'd need plot! Then I could just not sign up... *shifty eyes*

Trope fic has very strict requirements for plot. Very strict. With terrible punishments for those who don't observe them and...

Who am I kidding? 1000 words of characterisation, angst, guilt and wing!porn sounds right up the comm's street :)
