I self sabotage myself.
I put greater effort into doing things, which are in one way or another, not very good for me. This is in terms of my health and also keeping me from what I truly want. Instead I could be doing those things which will lead me to what i want. If i put my efforts into what I NEED and DESERVE I will find myself as a happier person.
This is a daily reminder to myself that I can accomplish anything. Everything is within my grasp. But I must focus and persist, not get lazy.
