Things are looking up
I've had a great last few days. Today was my day off from wingstop. I woke up kind from lack of sleep. Around 2 o clock I got a call from olive garden! I had an interview a couple of weeks for a dishwashing position. I didnt think they would call back but they did. Although it wasnt for the dishwashing position, it was for a servers position! Yay! So I went to the interview and will get another interview with the store manager in a few more weeks. I ended up going into the mall to pre-order the new battlefield 1. I went into the gamestop and walked up to the counter. I was next in line after this family. As I stood there waiting I noticed the girl assisting the family. She was stunningly beautiful. I thought she was kind of young, but as I heard here talking I realized that she might be closer to my age. She had a very professional demenor to her, Maybe a manager. At that moment she looked up as the family was asking her a question. We met eyes and held it there for longer than a glance should. Her eyes were dark but very capturing. I couldn't stare away even though I knew any longer would begin to get awkward. The thing is niether did she! haha So yeah, at that moment I became very interested in her. She had long dark hair with a slight blonde two tone. Her hair was slightly curled and semi long. I love that look. She was wearing a black button up top and she was about 5' 5" Id say. Maybe a little shorter. As she finished up with the family she asked how she could help me. I composed myself and made sure I wouldnt studder like an idiot. I calmly asked to pre order the new copy of battlefield. We talked for a few minutes about the game and the details. I swear I saw her blush a little a few times when we met eyes. I wasn't nervous at all... seeing as how I just got out of an interview. I went to sign for my reciept as I used my credit card. The credit machine was up against the wall to where signing it with my left hand was a bit of a challenge. As I struggled to get my arm angle right she commented that I was left handed. I told her "yeah, it can be bothersome in cases like this." She told me her son was left handed as well. At that moment I begin to wonder if she was taken, or married. I told her that my brothers and I were left handed and triplets as well. She was like "oh wow your a triplet!" (this is always a good thing to talk about lol). So we talked a few minutes on this. I got my receipt and she told me about the survey. I told her I would take it for her. As I walked away I remembered that I didnt know when the realese date or time was. So I went back and waited in line again. She finished with the family in front of me and as I stepped up and told her I forgot to ask her a question. She immediatly blushed and I realize now that it sounded as if I was going to ask her out. I asked her about the realese date. After she told me the information I told her thanks and goodbye. As I walked away she said "have a good day matt". She remembered my name! haha even though it was only a few minutes from earlier it felt awesome instead of "have a good day, sir" or something. I went to have lunch in the mall and googled her name "desiree and gamestop victorville mall" to see if she had a profile on something to see if she was taken or not. I found on something on whisper and it read: "To desiree from gamestop at the mall. Your're so beatiful Your're really funny as well. Should have asked for your number. PM me if you see this." My heart sank as I read the reply to it. "shes married bro" ..... Well it was nice while it lasted. I havent had a crush in a long time. It felt nice to think about something other than Laura for a change and feel excited about it. Maybe I can be happy with someone else one day. For now ill take having a crush on a girl at the gamestop in the mall. Time to start stocking up on cheap games once in a while when im feeling blue haha.
