We talked to our bank this weekend and she recommended waiting another year before attempting to buy a house. She said we need to pay off debt first, something about a debt to credit ratio. And to tell the truth, I am relieved. I was really freaking out about getting a house and having to care for it, clean, paint, improve, whatever. Not sure if I can count on Chris to do that stuff without supervision. So load off my mind. And really, I don't know that I want to stay with DrJ for 5 years. Not sure what I want, job-wise, and so having more flexibility in my housing is easier.

In other news, I will be back in TN this time NEXT MONTH!!
