(no subject)
Hmm...break so far has been pretty decent..now that it's coming to an end.
Let's see.
Wednesday I had class. It wasn't so bad since I didn't have my middle class (math) which I hate and I really only had my first class. I started at 12:15 and the teacher asked if anyone wanted to take the expressive exam that day instead of the following week. And if I took it that day, I didn't have to go to class Monday-Fri for my first class. So I took that and finished at 1:30. I did some studying and went to the food court and all the places to eat were closed. So I bought a bag of Cheetos, continued my studying until my last class. When the teacher got there and found only 8 or so of us, he pretty much freaked and cancelled class. I didn't really mind other then the fact that I was at school 2 and a half hours I didn't need to be. So I went home exhausted and slept.
Well, by the time Thanksgiving approached, I had come down with a cold. I wasn't really miserable from it, just tired but surprisingly I didn't fall asleep. I talked to my cousins and we played cards (BIG Fuller family tradition) and all that fun family stuff. I went home and Val forced me to finish the living room and complete the last wall. I don't know if I mentioned it, but I practically did the whole living all by myself-decor and what not. So I did that and went to bed so tired.
Friday- I woke up at 6 and started the day with a little bit of shopping. Val and I headed to Kohl's first and bought a WHOLE bunch of shit for people and for the house. Including: the new clock for the living room and two out of the three pillows in there. We were there until about 7:30 and then headed to Target for a few things. Out of the trip I got: 2 talking little Care Bears, Snoopy, Charlie Brown and Woodstock, and a Care Bear blanket. We went out to breakfast, grocery shopping and then chilled for the rest of the night. Later that day we decided we needed a few more items, and we went back to Kohl's and did some more shopping. God that woman is INSANE. Overall we spent way too much money than we should have. Val and I ended the day with a Day's of Our Lives marathon. Beautiful.
Saturday- I was still pretty sick and still attempting to recover from my cold. I hung up a lot of stuff in the living room and just laid around all day. I watched nearly every 7th Heaven episode on ABC Family's marathon.
Today- KP came over and she got her hair cut real short. It's cute. We then went to Kohl's and Michael's spent more money and had a lovely time. Then I went to Mongolian BBQ for my brother's birthday. It was AMAZING. I never tasted anything so good. It definately fills you up but it was definately worth the 13.99. Then Val and I went to my FAVORITE toy store, BIG FUN. Now if you love me and plan on giving me a Christmas present you'll go there. BIG FUN had a whole showcase full of Care Bear stuff. No my friend, not the new stuff, the antiques. From stuffed animals, to figurines, to banks and telephones, this stuff was SWEET. They had all kinds of old stuff, Strawberry Shortcake, Star Wars, Happy Days, you name it they had it.
I guess my break wasnt fantastically fun, but I'd say it was all right.
