Hi maatjie , it saddens me to see you so depressed and I hope that you will feel better soon, *hugs* wish I was there to cheer you up.
To come back to the fact that you wonder if friends are worthwhile ? well I think at times they are , but sometimes they might make us angry and we might feel like they don't care but I realized that sometimes people are so busy with their own stuff and have so many friends that they can not remember who they updated or who not , that is why I think in a way facebook is a good thing to have as you can see what is happening in other's lives ... Message her and ask her how she's been and such , don't nescesarilly think she does not want to be friends with you if she did not tell you things , perhaps she just forgot ... And she might even thought you reading her facebook so you will know what is happening and stuff.

If friend hurt and dissapoint you , you should surround yourself with positive thinking friends then ... and try and get yourself surrounded by positive friends and circumstances.It is not always easy but in a way it is just in total benefit for yourself .

Personally I think if you would have a baby that would be so fantastic.

What would you like for christmas?? I was thinking I will just make you my special cream for christmas , a few pots of them so you can take them back to you to Australia ...when you come and visit your mom and them December... Maatjie I hope she was allowed telling me that you coming as since you told me about the photos that you want to give her and I should not send it to your mom I am a bit cautious as I dont want you to be angry with me :)

I think you might just be very sad cause Jaun left for work again .
Maatjie you will cope just fine when you are pregnant , God made you much stronger person than you think , you will be an absolutely wonderful mommy :)

Maatjie you ask me of all people how to lose weight , and I feel like a whale against you , you are so beautiful .
I can tell you one thing though , eat regularly and this is a basic menu for the day

Breakfast
One wheatbix with half cup of lowfat milk and one sweetener
one apple
or oats with grated apple in cooked oats mmmm yummy

ten oclock snack Three provitas with marmite and cheese

one oclock , lunch with veggies a whole cup mixed cooked veggies , little salt
a chicken breast grilled or mince ball or piece of grilled fish

half past two , three provitas with tea or coffee

half past six , Meat as small as the palm of your hand , half cup rice or pasta and whole cup of veggies

9oclock 2 provitas and an apple

regularly eating makes you lose your weight , that is for sure :)
you can more or less use this diet above , just mix in your own sort of combo for foodies.

other than that , just good luck and I know you are a winner to do the best for yourself , as remember you are only doing this for yourself and no other :)
