- Karakura town, Japan, in Karakura General hospital.
3. Who are/were your parents?
- My father is deceased. His wife was Ishida Ryuuko. You could call her the woman who birthed me.
4. Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
- I am an only child, I'm afraid.
5. Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
- I am currently on a space cruise ship called Crucible with other people from different worlds. I have made good relationships with some of the people here. [ooc: Kinda-sorta crush on a certain boy here. :>]

- A first-year high school student.

- Japanese, teenager- sixteen to be exact. Height, 5'6". Weight, 121 lbs. Blue eyes and glasses, short black hair, of thin to medium build and light skin. I have a few scars on my body, but they are mostly gone by now. The most recent, and most noticeable is the pentacle or star-shaped scar on my chest, and it will not disappear from my body no matter what happens. [ooc: Also, 34-28-32, B-cup. *SHOT*]

- Middle, perhaps. I do not pay much attention to that.
9. Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
- I am an archer and a female at that, and thus do not have the exact physical strength I want or need in times like this, without my bow. I also have low blood pressure or hypotension, and that makes battle and other strenuous activities somewhat difficult for me.

- Ambidextrous.
11. What does your voice sound like?
- Soft and low most of the time as I see no reason to use it much. But I do raise it from time to time, if needed be.

- Mostly dismissive noises or phrases.

- A handkerchief, a cloth for cleaning my glasses, and several gintou I save only for emergency situations.

- I tend to push my glasses up- a habit, I assure you. It tends to annoy people, though I cant imagine why.

- It depends on how they treat me. I generally treat people with courtesy, but I will then mirror how they act towards me, whether it be rude or polite, or anything else. I do believe in the Golden Rule after all.

- There are several people. Sensei, Ammy, Monou-san, Yamamoto-san... I do not want to choose.

- Sensei. She had taught me everything I needed to know. She was one of the greatest women I have met.

- Possibly everyone on the Crucible, save for a few acquaintances. I enjoy their company, and they are very kind people.

- Not close at all, I'm afraid. Though I somewhat prefer it that way.
