A little morning complaining: within an hour of waking up, I was scrubbing cat barf out of my carpet, and the cold is making my pathetic hands ache somethin' fierce. I found a British recipe for Chili con Carne via a Vietnamese food blog, and my Texan self feels a little dirty for admitting it, but it sounds pretty darn tasty, and I'll likely try it before too long.
