I saw this recent Destructoid article about how this is the year for the Wii. It's easy to get hyped up for some of the games coming out: Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid: Other M, Monster Hunter Tri, Fragile, Conduit 2, The Last Story, Xenoblade, Epic Mickey, etc. And that's not counting what's already out (Red Steel 2, No More Heroes 2) or what's coming ( Read more... )

I had no intention of picking up Super Mario Galaxy 2. The first one was fine, but I also didn't like it enough to consider it a $50 buy (I actually sold my copy, which is a first... I just don't do that with Mario games). I keep hearing great things about this one, too, but I've been leary.

I finally finished the Mario Kart Tournament trophy for the library I work for, and I've uploaded pics! I've also narrowed down the prizes for it.

Nintendo had a little gathering today to pimp all of their stuff coming this year. This is only what's coming in the first half, mind you. In it they:
