...I haven't been sleeping well, work's been frustating so far this week, GamingFM's 128k stream has been flaking on me, and I have a lot to do, otherwise.
On the plus side, I got an orange from my mom in Animal Crossing:WW and have paid off my latest loan to Tom Nook. Now I have three rooms and an orange tree growing near the museum. Virtual worlds are always reliably good.
Oh yeah, I do have a five-day weekend coming up! And I'll be in Philly for most of that chillin' with friends, some of whom I haven't seen in years. The real world's starting to look all right again ^_^
The one thing that would really make my day right now: any word of Intel towers being shown at this year's
WWDC. I need a new desktop machine (Carbunkle's about six years old and has been a little on the fritz lately) and would like it to be a Mac this time; although the G5's are nice, I absolutely must have a tower that can run
Boot Camp so I won't ever need to buy a PC ever again *eyes stack of PC-only games*
(P.S. to
etherdarwin: I already know what you might say, so please just save yourself the trouble ^_~)

This video of Dubya singing the U2 classic "Sunday Bloody Sunday" (the Quicktime at the top right) is a couple of years old, but Jeff only came across it recently and, shortly after, insisted that I see it. I don't care how old it is, it's hilarious, and incredibly well done (random observation: it looks like the primary source material is that year's State of the Union address).
