Oh, honey. That's been worth waiting for. I know it was tough to even start and I'm so glad you finished. Lots of hugs and healing thoughts for coming through writing this one and moving through the other big projects.

My goal was just to finish this before the season premiere. I made it by a week. Rar!

*smooches*

Thank you so much :) It really hurt to write, too, so in a way I'm glad it hurt to read; it means it was worth it.

Aw, you got me all teary-eyed. I sure hope they handle the "straight" version as well this season. But I'm not holding my breath....

*sigh* I got so burned out by the end of last season that I"m not sure what to hope for this season. But I'll watch anyway...

"Tony--" Abby looked at him with wide eyes. "He walks out for six weeks and now you want him back in our bed?"

There's an error there, since you say repeatedly he's been gone for three months.

I like the dynamic of this piece, though, even separate from the rest of the series. It's very real, and heartbreakingly honest. I also understood Tony's first reaction, though my thoughts about it were the same as Abby's. It's really hard to change an established dynamic, especially without people getting hurt in the process.

I also am glad they are going to try, and know how hard and slow this road may be. I have faith that you could show us that, but also wouldn't be disappointed, if this ended here. It's a very emotional piece, and the tone of the series has changed with it, since Gibbs lost control.

Gah! *fixed error* Whoops. Sorry about that! This is what I get for not checking closely enough. *headdesk8

I'm not sure where this is going to go, or where it's going to end. i think some of it's going to depend on where the show takes us; I have a feeling I'm going to get ret-conned by what actually happens in the premiere. So we'll have to see.

Meep indeed! and I'm going to need a favor of you--the next big SGA story I post is going to get posted to the website instead of LJ, just because it's so big (we're talking over 40K words here), so before I post it I'm going to need to send it to you and have you upload it or have you give me the code so I can do it. Whichever works better.

Sending it to me is fine, I don't mind a bit. BUT - I don't have graphics yet.
