A couple things to note:

1. Bobbi Brown is having their Friends & Family sale, so from today through 4/18 everything is 20% off and free shipping over $65. I *love* her high shimmer lip glosses, I always have at least one in my purse. Some of her blushes are really good, too, and her *brushes* are supposed to be excellent (I don't own any; can't swear to that but I hear they're really good). I really like her "BB cream" (it's not really a BB cream, but it's more than a tinted moisturizer). I have been told her concealer and corrector are good, and her foundations are good, and her Rich Lip Color is a really good lipstick. Her long-wear gel eyeliners are supposed to be fabulous. Mostly she has a lot of very wearable, neutral makeup, and whether or not you find that boring is up to you. I tend to like it because I don't wear really bright colors.

I have my eye on a couple things--the creamy concealer, and corrector, and maybe the long-wear foundation compact. And I am determined to collect all the high shimmer lip glosses eventually (I have about eight or nine right now, maybe ten). But we'll see.

2. Sephora is still having its 15% off sale for Chic Week. BIs the code is CHIC, VIBs the code is VIBCHIC. It goes until 4/21 for BIs and 4/22 for VIBs. I think. I may be off by a day. 15% isn't a huge amount but every bit helps, right? Sephora has free shipping over $50. I know for VIBs it's 3-day shipping, but I don't know if that's standard for BIs.

3. I was wrong about the new LE Color Tattoos. There are *eight* instead of six. The other two are in a different display, numbers 10 and 15, and are called Precious Pearl and Blue Paradise. I have not yet been able to find these two; the Fred Meyers I've been to had their displays cleared out of all of the Color Tattoos and nowhere else I've seen has had them. If you happen to be passing by a drugstore or a Target or somewhere and find these, I will happily pay for them plus shipping to get them to me. Seriously. It's a compulsive collecting habit; I have to have them all. Plus, have I mentioned how cool the duochromes are?

4. L'Oreal also has a summer launch with four LE shades of their Infallible eyeshadows - I think I've talked about them before, short version is they're a powder shadow with an interesting texture, similar to the Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill shadows. It's loose but pressed, if that makes any sense, and the pots come with a little stopper so you can press down and compact it together. The Armani shadows are a) a lot more money and b) a little more nuanced in terms of colors and shading, but the L'Oreal ones can be pretty awesome (there are some misses in the line though). I also collect these, so I saw all four of them at Fred Meyer the other day and snagged them. One of them in particular keeps catching my eye (I have these swatched on the back of my hand atm) because it's this very light beige, almost close to my skin tone, but when it catches the light it has this gorgeous pink sheen to it. It's called Strawberry Blonde and I think that's very apt. I love it, honestly. The other three are a light shimmery turquoise, a purple with teal shimmer, and a coral.

My ipsy bag arrived yesterday. It had a small duo eyeshadow in two shades of pink, a pink blush, a "nourishing styling treatment" for my hair, and a bottle of pink nail polish. Clearly this was the pink month. The bag was even white with pink accents and lined in pink and white stripes. I'm kind of meh on all of it, honestly; the bag is cute, but the rest I don't know if I'll ever use. The blush is a pretty shade, though, almost a coral pink, and it feels pretty soft, so I may give it a go. It's from Be a Bombshell Cosmetics, who I've never heard of...anyone?

Man, I need a nap. So not looking forward to working 12 hours tomorrow...*sigh*
