Annoying World
Everything going so right…and yet not. I found out late today that the mentoring thing I thought I was doing tomorrow afternoon+evening and Thursday I'm actually not doing. Apparently the person in charge never got my email last week even though Webpine has a copy in my sent-mail folder, and on top of that my original email to her (which she responded to in the first place!) also contained the needed information, which was ignored/forgotten. And I didn't find out about any of this until late this afternoon, so tomorrow might be kind of boring.
Also, my Stats TA apparently thinks I'm someone else. The automated quiz score email I just got has my student ID number, but not my first name. Argh.
Why do other people keep screwing up? On the bright side, I finished all my homework for the rest of the week, and tonight's Colbert Report was enjoyable. Can't wait for his Christmas Special.
