This was the best weekend I've had in MONTHS! :)
So Gavin is in town for three months. And he left my a myspace message telling me he was in town. :) So we left myspace comments working out that we'd chill Friday night. Adri and I called Liz, and she called Jules, and Friday night at 10 we met Gavin at Starbucks. OH and when I went in to get my drink, I had to stand behind this woman who was using her credit card and it was taking forever. Anyway, Jorge was at the cashier so as I'm standing there waiting he looked around the woman and said, "Hola Rebekah." :D I was all like YES! then the woman was STILL doing something so he moved to the side and asked what size cup I wanted and he remembered what drink I like best. :) haha so I was all happy.
yea we had to chill at Starbucks till 11:40 waiting for Adrienne, that dweeb, but by the time she got there Liz and Jules and I were feeling the caffeine and Gavin was just hyper. So we all got in the cab and went to Barranco to club La Noche to hear a tribute to David Bowie. the band was good and the singer was decent. Gavin and I shared a "jar of beer" haha. we stayed there till 1 and then left to go DANCING. Liz has a way w/ bouncers so we went up to this club where they were turning people away and she's all talking to the guy and he says, "OK, go in." we made Gavin come dance w/ us. haha it was four girls and Gavin so we made him look good.
then when we were going home we were even more hyper and Gavin was teasing me about being drunk (I wasn't even close, I only had two glasses of beer) and told me to walk in a straight line. I was wearing heels so I started walking and he's like "Um, diagonals don't count." the cab driver thought we WERE drunk.
