I think by "new slang," he basically means "Let's learn new racial slurs! Yeah! WOOO!"
And Jeff Probst thinks there are racial differences in the way people make fire. Like, I'm white, so I have a gas grill, and my neighbors have a charcoal grill. And when we're starving in the wild together, I use a magnifying glass and some twigs, and they do an ethnic fire dance that was handed down through the generations. Slaves used it to curse the plantation owners. *nods*
