Bush triples taxes on teenagers' college savings funds. See, I don't think teenagers who work should have to pay taxes on their incomes unless they're earning over, say, $20,000 per year. Because they can't vote, so they don't get to help choose who sets the rules for their tax laws or what gets done with their money once they pay taxes. It's the definition of taxation without representation. Plus they're not usually earning very much, so it's stupid to take their money away. Because hey, they need to save for college or trade school or whatever.
