Today we had an auto claim where some poor sap hit a deer in his car but didn't quite kill it. Instead of letting natural selection take its course, he loaded the deer into his backseat and started down the road to an animal hospital. After driving for a few minutes, the deer revived and kicked out the back windows and then started kicking Sap boy

Who in their right mind would put an injured deer in their back seat????? Unless you're a trained vet, why would you do that?!

oh yes, plenty of crazy! i haven't read through the whole file yet to see how (or if) the guy defended himself. he's lucky the deer didn't knock him out- there would have been even more trouble then.

Wow. So, technically the accident was Sap boy's fault...and the deer might of survived had he left it alone...huh, i'm sure there's some sort of lesson there...
