studied all day.
got excited for tonight's event!
we went to a sicko discussion panel. no, i havent seen the movie but how could i pass up an event where physicians, nurses, activists all come together in support of National health program? There were 5 guests on the panel. They shared statistics, patient stories, and discussed several solutions for actions WE as the community members can take. It fired me up to be more involved with health politics. im glad yet another michael moore documentary can stir up the nation for action. yes, this topic isnt anything new- but awareness and action is happening all across the nation. the power of one...UNITED. ;D
i love going to public events/forums like these. As usual, the crowd was generally caucasion senior citizens or middle aged. But i've always been drawn to good communication. something about good public speaking is so magnetic.
anyways, yet another wonderful night out in seattle. more good times a'comin.
