Mills Again
So, I'm back at Mills. Janet and I drove up Saturday and I took her over to San Francisco to see the Golden Gate Bridge and we also went to Haight Ashbury and the Golden Gate Park. I took her to Jack London Square and we basically just hung out and did nothing. But we had a good time even though Janet got sick from not being used to the weather.
The bad news is that something is wrong with my computer. Surprise surprise huh? My wireless says it is connected to the network with excellent strength but when I go to bring up the Internet all I get is a page not found message. That's some bull shit huh? It's the same thing that happened with my home wireless too. So I have to take it to someone and see if they can help me. I wonder how much that is going to cost. I still have to buy my books for all my classes and I did some quick math and it looks like it's going to be about $300. If the computer costs more than a hundred dollars I will be SOL. Money is stupid and so are school books.
I had my first day of classes today. I had Shakespeare as Lit and Spanish II today. Nothing exciting there. Both teachers that I had last semester. I went to get my final from Brit Lit this afternoon. I got a 35/40 on the long essay and an A on the reflective essay. With the short essay and long essay I got a final grade of 76/100. Pretty good huh? I got A's in all my classes last semester except one B-. I think I mentioned that.
So until my computer is fixed I'll still be on a semi-hiatus. It's all about Sims 2 until then. Well that's the news here.
