Quiet weekend....
Things have been pretty much on repeat since my last post, but with a few "upgrades" so to speak...
My Bluesman finally got a job!!!! And the really funny part?? He now works one block from where I am...and therefore, two blocks from where his little sister works!!! Yes, we all work in the same area, just a block away from each other. The bad part?? He works 8a to 5p, and I'm still just doing the part time 10a to 2p, so no car pooling available...oh well... If they ever offer me full time status (unless *I* find a new job,) then hopefully we can carpool and all that fun stuff. ;)
I bought Lego Indiana Jones. :D Its way fun!!! The first night I got it, I played for about 5 hours, forgetting to blink sometimes, but made it through Raiders. :) I am a very big dork...hehehehe....
Speaking of my Bluesman.... sigh..... He's gone this weekend. :( His newest band went off to the Clarksdale Juke Joint Fest in Clarksdale, Mississippi. They left Thursday and won't be back until Monday night. Its kinda weird doing this "living alone" type thing after having him around all the time....while I enjoy the being able to eat anything with wheat in it, I kinda miss the company....Even if he does get a bit mental sometimes...just kidding, sweetie!!!! XD
Anyway....just re-upped my account..... While I may not always post, I do always read my friends posts. Hopefully things will keep heading up for my Bluesman and I, so I have something new to post about...right?? ;) Take care everybody!! EDIT: Forgot to mention.... I cut off over a foot of hair 2 weeks ago!!!! 10 inches of it went to Locks of Love, then she still had to cut another 2+ inches off to get it where I wanted it!!! :) Its crazy having short hair again!!!
