131 this morning. pretty happy about that.
I started dieting and working out without going off and binging a lot in december and i was 150 then. Happy to say being a vegetatian has helped me keep my weight off. Eating protein shakes and its always easy to eat a salad whenever you're family is eating dinner (which always has meat in it) so i am a salad girl now and happy with how far i've come.
Now i need to get down 15 more pounds and i'll be happy. First goal weight: 125. (what my license says)... haven't been 125 since i was 16 years old. IM SO PUMPED!
My first 1/2 marathon is in november so i have 4 months to get ready which will be plenty of time.
finally i made a life style change and instead of starving myself everyday and then binging to an endless circle, i became a vegetarian and eat clean. it helps so much! keeping the weight off is the best mental stimulation ever... not saying i dont still have days i want to eat nothing cause i hate how i look... it's hard but i just know i'll binge and it will all turn to fat.
smiles all around but i still have much more to come..
