HEY
when i'm in school i constantly want to go directly through the lunch line... its miserable because if i eat once in a day i will constantly binge the rest the day thinking to myself "oh i'll just diet hard tomorrow" but then i keep saying that and now i'm catching myself at 148 pounds:( i was 138 in july... i've gained a significantly great amount of weight... & i know i can get it off i just need some helpful tips..
when i get bored i seriously only want to eat... like i'll be driving around & then ill be like "oh chipotle sounds good" so ill get it but then feel like shit about it. fast food isnt a reward its a punishment!!!
so heres what im going to dooo...
NO FAST FOOD for 4 months .(the day after prom i can get it but i prob wont want it)
fast all day today & tomorrow!
i'm starting out with a 2 day fast so that i don't binge when im done with it.
if i do well on my 2 day fast i'm going to extend it.
i have so much motivation right now!!!
