breaking news: morrison's still got it!
I finally relented and let Morrison go outside to enjoy the warming weather. Within minutes this morning he bagged himself a chipmunk. Good for him, except that he brought it into the house for the death blow. L was kind enough to take the carcass back outside, where Morrison is currently dining.
A moment ago L looked outside and commented, "That cat's nasty."
"He's a predator," I replied. "He's just expressing his nature."
"Well predators can sleep in the laundry room," L countered.
Still, I'm proud of him. 13 years old, hasn't been outside in six and a half years, and still killin'. Good kitty.
