mad Thai action (with mad props to myself)
I know I'm a catch and so so glad I married myself when I eat the stupid amazing pad thai noodles with tofu and veggies that I just whipped up... from scratch. American, vegan, Italian, and Tex-Mex are all understandably tasty things to make from scratch, though not all that difficult. But Thai?!? Shiiiiiit... Don't even play...
