Dreams

We all have dreams, right? Not dreams as in one’s aspirations and goals in life but dreams as in the things we see when we sleep. Well, I always have dreams when I sleep. I don’t remember them all when I wake up, though. But I know that I had a dream. Sometimes, there would be times that I really like what’s going on in my dream but I suddenly wake up the moment the climax takes place. I sometimes even try to go back to sleep to see if my previous dream would continue, only to be disappointed because another dream takes place. There were also moments that I had very vivid dreams; however, I can’t remember a single thing when I wake up.

Having a dream seems like a habit for me, that it feels like my sleep won’t be complete without having one. Now, I wonder what dreams actually are. Some say they are your hidden desires in life that could only come true in your imagination and not in reality. Is that really it? Because if it is, then, would it mean that I have a lot of desires in life that I cannot have in reality? Probably yes since a lot of my dreams can e described as such. Let me enumerate some that I was able to remember:

1. I and a famous local actor are getting married
This is one of the weirdest dreams that I ever had. I can’t really see the image of my groom so I don’t know who he really is. All I know is that he’s who’s supposed to be a famous local actor. So in my dream, I was walking down the aisle with the bouquet in my hand and my supposed to be groom was waiting for me by the altar. I wasn’t able to reach the altar though, since I already woke up. Wahahaha.

2. I was married to a man who I don’t love and the man who I really love was looking at me from afar
I don’t know what’s with me getting married in my dreams. I’m still young, for your information and I’m not planning to get married any sooner.
Okay. So onto my dream, it goes like this: I was married to a man who I don’t love. We were already at the reception, with me and my supposed to be husband sitting in front so that everyone could actually see us. Then, as we were eating, I saw a figure by the door looking at me and then as our eyes met, I realized that he’s the guy who I was actually in love with. And then bam, I woke up again. I actually ended up making this dream into a fanfiction, featuring Domyouji Tsukasa, Makino Tsukushi and Hanazawa Rui (Hana Yori Dango).

3. A couple of friends and I were running away from an exploding volcano
Another weird one. Are dreams really supposed to be weird and stuff?
Anyway, it goes like this. So me and my two other close friends were on a vacation in Albay (Philippines) and we were looking at the famous Mayon Volcano which is known for its almost perfect cone shape. Incidentally, the volcano is an active one and out of the blue, it suddenly explodes and I and my friends were running for our lives. I don’t know what happened to us in that dream since I already woke up.

4. Hey! Say! JUMP and NEWS perform in a local musical variety show
This is really something that I can say that’s very far from reality. No wonder it appeared in my dreams.
So like what I’ve said in the title, Hey! Say! JUMP and NEWS perform in a local musical variety show and of course, I was watching them perform. *fangirl mode* What’s good with this dream was that I was actually in the front so I had a close- up look at them. I was also holding onto an uchiwa, though I don’t know whose uchiwa it is.
This dream is one of my favorites since I’m really hoping to see these two groups perform live someday. Well, it doesn’t actually need to be in a local musical variety show, just… I want to see a live performance. :D

Well, that’s actually all for now since I barely remember some dreams that I had in the past. As a parting message to you, my reader, I leave this quote to you, "Be careful of what you wear to bed at night, you never know who you'll meet in your dreams.- anonymous" :D Who knows? I might meet Hey! Say! JUMP, NEWS or my groom- to- be in my dreams again. :)

news, hey! say! jump, random
