I canceled my last psych appt cuz I had to work that day...I have an appt with a new therapist april 23rd, had to wait almost 2 months to see her since the one who had I had just started seeing resigned. It is so depressing to have to wait for help. Also, I'm not crazy about the fact that Heigra seems too busy to let their therapists see people more than once a month. Wish I could afford private therapy.

Sorry I just ranted! I have a metro pcs phone now so I will text you with my new number, maybe if we can text unlimited we will keep in a bit more contact if you want :)
