Going to start seeing a new therapist again. Something about starting all over makes me cringe. Cringe: to shrink, bend, or crouch, especially in fear or servility; cower.

I find myself wanting to hide in small places
Reverse life, till I know none of these faces.
Continue back where the view is too obscure
Turning round, there's so much I can't endure.
