I really miss LJ. I never post here anymore and many of my flist have done the same. I'm more on Twitter (
@bluebear_74) and LJ now days. Part of it is that the App/Program I use to use to post no longer works, been busy at work, and just the lack of things to post about. Maybe I need some new people on my flist to bring me back out.

Your trip sounds wonderful. New Orleans has been hit hard by hurricanes the past few years. Most recently Isaac, which wasn't really a hurricane, but a tropical storm. I haven't been to New York, but I've been to all the other cities on your list. San Francisco is probably my favorite on that list. Great restaurants. I used to live in Orlando. There is tons to do there as far as theme parks. I haven't been back in a while, so I haven't seen WWHP yet. If you get a chance to go to the West Coast of Florida, south of Tampa would be closest to Orlando a three hour drive, do it. Or, since you're driving to New Orleans you could swing by Destin which is up in the Florida panhandle. The beaches on the West coast of Florida are much much more beautiful than Miami and any Atlantic coast beaches. Atlantic is dirty gray sand and blah water, the Florida Gulf coast beaches are white sand and turquoise/green water. The Las Vegas area is gorgeous. Try to go to the Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon while you're in the Vegas area. And see some shows. There is more to Vegas than the gambling. ;)
I love visiting cities. :)
Oh, I've never allowed anonymous commenting in my journal. *shrug* I can totally understand why you would turn it off. :)

Thanks for all the tips!! It's still early stages (we only have the tour booked) but I'll keep all the places you mentioned in mind.
I'm so excited! The only place I ever go oversea to is Singapore/Malaysia because of family.
It's never been a issue, I use to get maybe 3-4 spam comments a year but I got 10 in a week and I got sick of it.
