It seems that our ant invaders are being taken care of for now, as Lezard has noted, but it's important to exercise caution when the rain lets up. We don't know if they are still sick or if they're back to full strength this time around. Keep your wits about you.

Bridge, I would be much obliged if you would either silence your dog or at least keep him on a leash. I couldn't sleep AGAIN last night, and I'm sure it wasn't helped by him imitating my personal herd of rainbow sheep.

I know I'm not the only one having sleeping problems- is this a widespread thing, or are the ones who have spoken up just unlucky?

... Anybody who sees me in person, please don't be alarmed by my appearance. I have neon pink spots all over my face and hands.

... two years is a really long time to have been here.

It doesn't feel like it's been nearly that long.

I'm not sure if this is something I should mourn or celebrate, to be honest. I've been pretty lucky here, at least- I have Inara, I have my job, I have a purpose. That's good enough for me.

Bridge and I are back. We were taken to the fourth by the elevator to a place that seemed really familiar... I think it was our home. Inara's already filled me in on everything that's happened while I was gone.

Handmaiden, where are you? I need to report in to you in Stoneface's absence.
