same old rants and other things
Today was more of the same dark dreary disposition. Almost of the user's issues, I want to throw back at their faces. I felt like they were being lazy and/or stupid for sending their issues to our team. They should know more about what they do so they would not pass their work to us!
With the impending change in our manager, I feel like more of the work that I hate will fall on me; all those issues reported by the peskiest of users, ugh it makes me want to barf just thinking about it.

I would finally get my hands on "Storm" by Brigid Kemmerer thanks to my friend. I'm quite fascinated with characters with powers nowadays and this series seems interesting.
