WTF Code? [LJ Has Brain Squirrels Again]
Okay, that's bizarre. Posting again so quickly because this is unique to me and needs-to-be-shared LJ behavior. When I click on this link for the Fast and the Furious quarter_mile community, I get the Deleted Journal notice.
quarter_mile: A Light of Some Kind: Lockdown
(Note that it could be locked to members, but I am one and am logged in.)
When I remove the post identifier so that it's just the community address, then it comes up fine. I had a moment of HOLY CRAP O.o when I thought the community actually had been deleted, but apparently it's just a quirk. My best guess is that the post itself has been deleted, but that's definitely not what the error page says!
ETA:
healingmirth makes an excellent suggestion that the author had deleted their journal and there was perhaps an option to delete all their posts in communities as well. I'm inclined to think that's the case, and that LJ just hasn't given it an individual error code for such a situation. Thus, confusion.
