Well, now, this is a post that's a bit overdue, yeah? I had vague thoughts of splitting it out and posting bits on separate days or what not but, no, I'm just not that patient. I'd probably forget I had more to post. I'VE DONE ALL THE CODING. IT'S GETTING POSTED. After I tag this puppy. That could take a while. (Actually, it always entertains me how many fandoms aren't represented, because it seems like there are so many when I'm typing it all up. No due South, no Stargate Atlantis, no Smallville... BUT! There are plenty of others. You didn't have plans for this weekend, did you?)
It seems like there should be more, considering how long it's been since I've made a recs post, but I've gotten pickier about what I bookmark and therefore about what is recced. Review Note: Sweet and adorable.

Summary: Several minutes passed, both boys’ attention seemingly on the movie, when Kurt shifted his legs lightly, causing the hem of his jeans to ride up an inch or two, exposing his ankles. Blaine’s eyes focused on the newly revealed skin. A laugh bubbled in his throat at how ridiculous he was being, but truth be told, in all the time he had known Kurt the other boy was always dressed head to toe in either his Dalton uniform, or fashions that looked to be straight off the runway. It was quite Victorian, he thought to himself...the excitement and intrigue over two delicate, milky-white ankles being unveiled.
Review Note: I pretty much feel this way about the WHOLE FANDOM, jfc. It's almost embarrassing. This fic, however, is quite lovely and sweet and intense all wrapped up into one.

Summary: In which Burt Hummel has several awkward conversations about sex, teenage boys, and the importance of knowing that you really matter to someone.
Review Note: Omg, this is the kind of fic that makes me call my occasional forays into this fandom (into this pairing, really, as I have only the vaguest notion of who the other players are) a guilty pleasure even if there's no actual guilt. All warm and fuzzy!!

Review Note: More crack-ish than I'd expected, but brilliantly so! There were a few times I had to stop reading and put my head down until I quit laughing. :P

Review Note: Heavy on the Batman/Teen Titans/DCU and works well. Eames is a bit of a puzzle, but it's Gotham, so that works too. The accompanying art is lovely and uses Matt Bomer as Dick, which worked really well in the context of this fic. My brain had no problem with that image whatsoever.

Review Note: I'm okay with legless lizards in fic, even if not in real life, but if you find even fic mentions of them problematic, this may not be the one for you. Personally, I found this particular legless lizard charming and the whole thing quite funny.

I had never read the book, so that's definitely not necessary, but if you have, you've probably already bookmarked or clicked on the link (it seems to have quite the following). I would love to see it posted somewhere as all one piece, but it's definitely worth reading through the 21 comments it's broken up into.

I would love to see it posted somewhere as all one piece, but it's definitely worth reading through the 21 comments it's broken up into.
