Yesterday I tried cooking with seaweed. I made a concoction from Mark Bittman's "How to cook everything vegetarian". It contained shitake mushrooms, seaweed and soybeans. Since I have moved, I have explored many different cuisines which were not available to me in Grande Prairie.
