take me out
Today was another one of those weird days because I still haven't gotten back to my regular sleep pattern
I awoke at 10am, so you'd think that would have ment I was well rested, but all day I have felt tired as fuck.
Pauline and I went to Nikki's in the morning to look through her clothes, I got some sweaters and pants, and a slutty top lol...Nikki is such a sweetheart, and I admire her ability to get rid of clothes she doesn't wear anymore...not like me.....
Then I had to stop at the bank to make sure my ATM card will work in Spain, and it will...I went home and jumped in the pool and actually swam around in it for the first time this summer...and it felt really cool...I really love the feeling of water all around me...I kind of just zoned out and thought about stuff while floating under the sunshine....
Later on Cecelia called me, she got back from Jersey yesterday and so we hung out tonight, took a trip to record theater...I picked up Abra Moore, CCR, Garbage, and the Gin Blossoms...and then we went to New World and I got this sweet cd called I, Lucifer by the Real Tuesday Weld...the guy wrote a soundtrack to a book basically and the book was about Satan coming to earth so it is a pretty happenin disc...then we got coffee and sat and talked for a while. then just walked around the city talking about our future in the big cities...and once again we realized how much Buffalo sucks...there was nothing to do, we even stopped at the park and watched a bar league softball game...then ended up coming back here to paint some pictures...not at all a bad night actually...I love Cec.
Tomorrow I work and then I'm driving to Pittsburgh with Kufel...it is kind of all of a sudden but obviously I am all for picking up and getting the hell out of here any chance I get...weird that the last trip I'll be taking before I leave for Spain is to Pittsburgh...
I really should get some sleep, 8 is gonna come sooner than later...
