I HATED Squid and the Whale. A lot of people really loved Me, You and Everyone Else We Know, which is a film I'd group in the same category.

My recommendation: Little Miss Sunshine.

And how about Emily Blunt? I loved her in Devil Wears Prada. My Summer of Love was pretty disturbing, but I think that was the point.

or perhaps not ... never heard of most of them exept for "The never ending story" (Die unedliche Geschcihte?) ... read the book but didn't think the film could be as good....

and I wanna watch The devil wears Prada as well... :-D

Yes, "The Devil Wears Prada" really looks fun. I love Meryl Streep and how she's so versatile.

I agree about "Munich", it wouldn't have been given half that attention if it hadn't been made by Spielberg. One of the biggest disappointments of the year, IMO.
