Madrid so far.........
So tuesday and wednesday were are up to I think, sorry I have lost track of the days hahaha.
In the morning before tennis we always head to the coffee shop, is a good was to start the morning, plus there are usually games we aren't that fussed at seeing early morning. And then to the metro and the Madrid Arena.
We got into tennis after the usual ticket check and bag search, then pick up their only daily newspaper and order of play for the day, if we don't already have it, after this we usually head for the practice courts to see who is about. So the tenis pro team were there Pico, Mariano, Sixto et el. We watched Philipp Kohlschreiber v Carlos Moya (Carlos lost) then Fernando Verdasco v Marion Cilic ( Nando lost) these were on Pista Central. The we watched Gael Monfils & Gilles Simon v Tomas Berdych & Nicolas Kiefer (Berdych & Kiefer won) this was on Pista Cibeles and then to follow was Augustin Calleri & David Ferrer v Max Mirnyi & Tommy Robredo. We are sat there when everyone starts moving, we find out this match was moved to Pista Central and by the time we get there they are already in the second set ( Max & Tommy won)
The evening seesion was Rafa v Gulbis, Rafa won but seemed to go to sleep and dropped the second set, again the atmosphere on Pista Central was amazing, watching were Raul & Esteban Granero *yay*
Whilst we were watching the doubles on Cibeles, Rogelio was practising on the hext court, just a little cheer for him. Then Rafa arrived, erm yeah it was rather loud and again the Tenis Pro team are there hahaha they are everywhere.
Wednesday started at the coffee shop and the girls laughed because I had the same thing as the last two days, so tomorrow I might change my order :)
Stright to the practise courts and Guillermo Canas was training, but no tenis pro team. Nole turned up for hmm about 20mins then went again.
First match today for us was David Nalbandian v Tomas Berdych on Centre court. Diego Forlan was there watching with Augustin Calleri. I went off for a few minutes and when I came back they had gone, but when I look to the VIP boxes, well we were only a few meteres from them I saw Gonzalo Higuain and Javier Saviola, so of course I text Sandra to tell her he was there, she asked for 1 picture, we have got here about 1 million. Yvonne who is sat with me has good paparazzi camera and on of the pics she has got is divine. I never asked her to take the pictures for me, she just did and I really appreciate what she did, because it will make my friend very happy :)
They went and then came back. After the match (Nalbandian won) they went again, we were just going downstairs when I saw then, went to get them to sign my Argentinian flag, even spoke to Gonzalo when all the fangirls went mental and they had to go because it got too much chaos, but what pissed me off the most was that I am not a fangirl and had asked them in spanish and they were just about to come to me to sign the flag, but because of the stupid bitches squealing and making so they had to go.
We went and watched Fernando Gonzalez v Gael Monfils, another weird match and Gonza getting mad. The we went back to the practise courts, I came home early because I didn't have might tickets and then when I got back I found I missed all the fun with the tenis pro team again *aaarrrgggghhhhhhh*
Ok is a quick blog, sorry, but when I am back home I can post more pictures and stuff :)
