(no subject)
i just checked my wisc email and found a little note of love from Geyer sensei. generally i consider the last couple weeks of a semester slightly difficult, but at the same time relatively easy because there are so few of them; if that makes any sense. however, i open the japanese webpage and what do i find??? i find the description of ideas and guidelines that we must follow for a SPEECH that we have to give to the class. And I don't mean any speech, a speech that will count for 10% of the oral part of our final. a speech that has to be at least 800 characters long, must be memorized, and then recited to the class. then, those who do the best in the sections have to give their speeches in from of lecture: that's a speech in Japanese in front of about 150 people. OMG. i don't think i'll be the best in the class...no, i hope i'm not the best in class.
other than that, this week has been good. it's gone by fast. and Thanksgiving is next week!!!!!! I'm very, very excited!
okay. done ranting about school work. my back has been acting up. i need a serious lower back massage. but i guess i'll have to wait until wednesday.
i have more to write, but really i'm just not focused. so on that note, i bid you adieu.
sidenote: wednesday will be 7 months!
