Two Movies You Should Absolutely See...

"(because the MPAA and Fox don't want you to see them)

" This Film Has Not Yet Been Rated: Hostel received an R rating (for brief nudity, torture, murder, snuff porn, and cannibalism).
But I'm a Cheerleader received an NC-17 (for masturbation under a blanket and a lesbian love scene without nudity)!
This documentary finds out what the hell the MPAA was thinking with this and other movies (such as Boys Don't Cry, the Cooler, and others), and ironically, earns an NC-17 rating itself (for spite).

"Idiocracy: Mike Judge's new satire about a future 500 years from now where anyone with an IQ over 50 is called a "Fag!", sports drink has replaced the water supply, and the president's cabinet does product placements. Fox has intentionally blocked this film from critics, and released it in as few theaters as it could get away with under its current contract with Mike Judge.

"I can't remember the last time a film was actively suppressed by the American press in plain sight. Citizen Kane was blackballed by one wealthy businessman, but that's different. This is the mainstream media, the allegedly 'liberal' consensual voice of the American people, now more than ever apparently in the business of telling us what to think and do.

"I know nobody likes to hear preaching, but I really don't like watching my own government and media turn oppressive."
